Explicit Consent for Marketing and Electronic Messages

Scope of consent

If you choose to tick the box, you allow your full name and phone number to be processed to plan and send communications about campaigns, discounts, new services, special offers, satisfaction surveys and promotions.

Within this scope, commercial electronic messages may be sent to you by SMS or through other electronic message channels permitted by law.

Transfer

Your contact details may be shared with SMS and messaging infrastructure providers and authorised service providers only to the extent necessary to send these communications and keep legally required records.

Free will and use of the service

Giving explicit consent is entirely optional. Not giving consent, or withdrawing it later, does not prevent you from booking appointments, accessing your appointment details or receiving mandatory service notifications about your appointment.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting our salon or by using the opt-out method provided in the message. Withdrawal applies to marketing activities from that date onwards.

By ticking the optional box in the appointment form, you declare that you have read this text, understood its scope and give your explicit consent to the marketing activities described.
